Once a project is complete you can archive the project to a dynamic html based format. Which is made available for download in a .zip archive. You can then provide the archive to clients or backup the information on a cd.

The archive contains all the data uploaded into the project, including all updates, their content, all file categories and files. Aswell as uploaded data the archive also contains comments made about the content including visual comments in the form of markup.

Scheduling a Project for Archiving

Under the Project Header click the blue button “Schedule for Archiving”, this will schedule the project for archiving. The archive will be created overnight and you will be notified by mail when complete. You can then login and download the archive from the same place.

Archives are kept on the server at no cost for 7 days then automatically deleted, you can create archives throughout the project.
If you have updated the project and would like an updated archive you can schedule the project for archiving again the new archive will replace the old one if there is one.
