Comments are messages associated with a particular piece of Content and a specific Group. When a comment is made it is shown beneath the piece of content the comment refers to, that comment is also mailed to all users in the group, keeping them informed of any discussion on the project. Comments can either be written or visual. Written comments are typed under the Content and then published. Visual Comments are made using Imagelink and consist of markup overlaid on the original image.

Publishing Written Comments

To publish comments type in the comment field under the content the comment you’re making refers to. When finished click the “Publish” Button to the left of the comment field which will show you a preview of your comment and a the group to which your comment will be posted.

At this point if you want to change the group to which the comment is posted you can select a different group. The group members are listed so you will know who will be recieving your comment.

You may also edit the comment and make any changes you wish to make, the spell checker will also point out any words which may be incorrect.

When you are finished click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page, you comment will then be sent to other group members and appear at the bottom of the page under the content it refers to. Note that the comment will only appear in the group you made the comment.
