Click the blue “Groups” Button above the row the current company appears on. You will then see a list of groups and some new buttons near the top. The red “Projects” button returns you to the list of projects, the 2 blue buttons allow you to change between viewing a list of groups (”Groups” button) and viewing users in each group (”Group Members” button).
Groups are global, meaning that groups can be used accross all companies. This allows contractors such as printers and toolmakers to be allowed to view certain updates on jobs for different companies.
To Edit a group click the group name, change the name and click “Save”.
Groups cannot be deleted as this causes cascading deletion of any comments in that group which can destroy comment history contained in an update however some form or deactivation will be available in the future.
