Projects contain all the information by way of updates and files associated with a project. A Project is associated with one company but members of other companies can be given permission to view it using groups.

To administer Projects.

Activate Administration mode using [+/-]

You can add a Project by clicking the green “Add Project” Button on the row above the list of projects. Note: If there are no projects you will only see the “Add Project” button. Projects can be edited and deleted using the orange and red buttons on the same row as the project name.

Projects are simply containers for updates, you do not have to add projects to a group for a user to be able to see it, projects become visible to users who have been allowed to view 1 or more of the updates or project file categories for each project.
