<p>The archive contains all the data uploaded into the project, including all updates, their content, all file categories and files.
Aswell as uploaded data the archive also contains comments made about the content including visual comments in the form of markup.</p>

<p>Archives are kept on the server at no cost for 7 days then automatically deleted, you can create archives throughout the project.<br />
If you have updated the project and would like an updated archive you can schedule the project for archiving again the new archive will replace the old one if there is one.</p>

<p>Expand out the Project and then the Project Files. Unless you have allready added files you will see the message &#8221; No files available&#8221;.<br />
Before you upload files you have to create a Category to load the files into.<br />
To create a new category choose &#8220;[ADD New Category]&#8221;, you will then see the add category page.  Enter a Category name and select the groups you wish to have access to the new category and click &#8220;Save&#8221;, and &#8220;Confirm&#8221; the save if the details are correct.</p>

<p>Now that you have a Category you can click the blue &#8220;Upload a New File&#8221; button on the right to get bring up the Upload file dialog, browse for a file on your Hard Drive, enter a description if required and &#8220;Upload&#8221; it.</p>

<p>To edit a category select the appropriate &#8220;[Edit]<category name>&#8221; from the Select Action drop down menu. You can edit the category name and assigned groups, you can also choose delete from the edit page if you want to delete a category.  Note that Deleteing a category also deletes all the Files in the category WHICH CANNOT BE UNDONE! so use with caution.</category></p>
